Laseroptek Repair Services & Maintenance: How It Works

With Laser Service Solutions, getting your LaserOptek equipment working like new again is easy. Simply call or email us to get more information about repair and maintenance services for Laseroptek-brand laser equipment.

1. Call LSS to speak to a technician

2. Our tech will gather information about your equipment and prepare a free estimate.

3. Once you have OK’d the quote, a service representative will contact you to schedule repairs.

Once on location, our tech will discuss your problems and check the equipment to better understand the issue. They will tell you how much it will cost if they need to add any new parts to fix the problem. We will always ask for your permission before we start any repairs. Once the repairs are done, our technician will clean and test the equipment to make sure it’s working properly again.

FULL COVERAGE – $9,900 ONE YEAR | $18,500 TWO YEAR
  • One Preventative Maintenance Service call to include
    • Inspect water cooling system, flush and replace water filter
    • Inspect/clean laser cavity
    • Replace flashlamp and perform full alignment
    • Inspect/clean arm and handpiece optics
    • Calibrate system for delivered fluence
    • Provide full assessment of overall condition
  • Subsequent service calls if warranted. This covers all major components excluding accessories (i.e. handpieces, foot pedals, etc.) and parts not affecting functionality of laser itself

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence and/or repairs and/or replacement of individual components and/or maintenance carried out by unqualified personnel not duly trained and authorized by LSS.

If a device still under the Warranty Period is found to be equipped with non-original accessories or components, LSS / LO shall not be liable for any malfunction and the Warranty shall be considered void.

Accessories and consumable components subject to normal wear and tear and/or deterioration as a consequence of normal use are excluded from the Warranty.

PM SERVICE- $2,600
  • One Preventative Maintenance Service call
    • Inspect water cooling system, flush and replace water filter
    • Inspect/clean laser cavity
    • Replace flashlamp (if needed) and perform full alignment (Flashlamp not included)
    • Inspect/clean arm and handpiece optics
    • Calibrate system for delivered fluence
    • Provide full assessment of overall condition

*Only parts included with the PM are the water filter. If any other parts are needed, they will be quoted at time of service.

Extended Service Options

FULL COVERAGE – $13,500 ONE YEAR | $20,000 TWO YEARS
  • One Preventative Maintenance Service call to include:
    • Inspect water cooling system, flush and replace water filter
    • Inspect/clean laser cavity
    • Replace flashlamps (as needed) and perform full alignment
    • Inspect/clean arm and handpiece optics
    • Calibrate system for delivered fluence
    • Provide full assessment of overall condition
  • Subsequent service calls if warranted. This covers all major components excluding accessories (i.e. handpieces, foot pedals, etc.) and parts not affecting functionality of laser itself

    • Calibrate system for delivered fluence
    • Provide full assessment of overall condition
    • 20% Discount on additional service calls and parts.

*Only parts included with the PM are the flashlamp and water filter. If any other parts are needed they will be quoted at time of service.

This program is for 1 visit over a 1 year time period.
