The High Voltage Power Supply (HVPS) for the Cynosure Elite is a modular inverter capacitor-charging power supply. This device accomplishes the primary energy conversion for the laser. It converts input power to a controlled, high-voltage direct current to set the appropriate output voltage level during laser operation.
