On Call Service

Our standard service call includes service and repair whether your laser is completely down or whether you are just looking for some preventative maintenance. Pricing includes labor and travel; parts are additional. Discounts are available for multiple system service calls. A few advantages of choosing the Time and Materials option from Laser Service Solutions:
  • No contract necessary
  • Standard rate covers labor and travel of initial service
  • Many parts in stock which limits downtime and need for a 2nd visit
  • If additional work is required, an estimate for parts and labor will be submitted for approval

Preventative Maintenance Plan

Laser manufacturers recommend service twice a year and there is a reason for it. Regularly scheduled maintenance ensures utmost efficacy and long-life operation. Laser Service Solutions offers yearly PM plans as well as discounts on two year plans. A few advantages of choosing the Preventative Maintenance Plan from Laser Service Solutions:
  • 2 regular PM visits per year scheduled at your convenience
  • Electrical calibrations of analog circuits
  • Optical performance testing, alignment and calibration
  • Report of system status both before and after service
  • PM parts included (focus lenses, water filter and air filters)

Full Service Contracts

This option includes complete coverage for the entire system. Failures occur and repairs can get very expensive when it is a vital component. Full service contracts cover the entire chassis giving you peace of mind. Laser Service Solutions offers contracts yearly and discounts on two year contracts.
